What an amazing experience!!!!! So I'd like to start off first, by saying that this would happen to be my first time ever in a party bus. Everything from the initial conversation to the end of the night was smooth and very well handled. The initiation began by finding a company first and foremost online. We researched several and finally decided on using BlackCar. The professionalism that this company displayed is epic. This was an end of the year party for a bunch of our kids who are on the autism spectrum. We were looking for something different for them to do that they would feel included as well as having a ton of fun. This meant organizing a party bus trip between several parents. Because of this, there was a lot of back-and-forth with the company trying to get information squared away, questions that we had that needed to be answered that didn't come up in the initial conversation. Everything that we threw at them, they handled with ease and poise. When the day of the event arrived, we were kept well informed about any and all decisions, time frames and expectations. We had an amazing experience! We booked the party bus for a bachelorette weekend, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Communication was quick and easy, the bus arrived on time, and it was clean, spacious, and exactly what we were hoping for. Our driver was professional, friendly, and made sure everyone got to each stop safely while still letting us have a great time. The music, lighting, and overall atmosphere made the ride part of the celebration.
