How far in advance should I book my party bus?

We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Because our service is fully private and demand in Miami is high, especially on weekends and during events, last-minute bookings can be difficult to accommodate.
Need a bus sooner? Expedited reservations within 7 days can often be arranged, but availability isn’t guaranteed.

 

Is there a minimum rental time?

Yes. The minimum rental time is 4 hours Sunday through Thursday and 5 hours on Fridays and Saturdays.
Certain special events (such as holidays or festivals) may have different minimums – our team will confirm details during booking.

 

Can we drink alcohol on the bus?

Yes! You’re welcome to drink alcohol as long as everyone on board is 21 or older.
If even one guest is under 21, no alcohol is allowed during that trip.

 

Do you provide alcohol?

No, our service is strictly BYOB. You’re welcome to bring any drinks you like, just remember to drink responsibly and use plastic cups or bottles for safety.

 

Can we smoke or vape on the bus?

No. Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside all vehicles. A cleaning fee will apply if this rule is violated.

 

Can we bring food on board?

You can bring dry snacks or easy-to-handle foods, but we recommend avoiding messy or hot meals. The bus is in motion, and spills or hard-to-clean food may result in a cleaning fee.

 

Do you guarantee entry to nightclubs or venues?

No, entry to nightclubs is always at the discretion of the venue. We can provide recommendations and venue connections to make things easier, but final approval is up to the club.
Refunds are not issued if guests are denied entry.

 

Do you travel outside of Miami?

Yes! We serve most of South Florida. Trips outside our 25-mile local radius may include an additional charge for the travel time to/from your location.

Do minors need a guardian on board?

For all-minor events (like prom or school trips), a parent/guardian consent form must be signed prior to pickup.
For mixed-age events (like weddings or corporate parties), we’ll provide a Transportation Waiver to ensure all guests are covered.

 

How much is the deposit?

A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. A valid credit card must be kept on file until the trip is complete to cover any incidentals or damages.

 

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes! We are fully licensed and insured. Your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities.

 

What happens if someone gets sick on the bus?

We get it – sometimes the party gets a little too wild.
A cleaning fee of up to $200 per incident applies if someone becomes ill on the bus. The primary renter is responsible for all associated fees.

 

How should we tip the driver?

Gratuity is greatly appreciated for exceptional service. A 10-20% tip is standard and can be given directly to the driver in cash at the start or end of your trip.
If a gratuity was prearranged during booking, it will appear on your receipt.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards and Zelle for all reservations.

  1. You can pay your deposit and remaining balance by credit card (a small processing fee may apply).

  2. If you prefer Zelle, you can send the full payment upfront or use it to secure the remaining balance before your trip.

Personal checks are not accepted.

 

Where Exactly Will You Meet Me at the Airport?

We will meet you at your chosen location at the airport:

  • Baggage Claim: Look for us where your flight’s luggage is delivered.
  • Curbside: We’ll greet you right outside your terminal door.
  • Choice of Area: Whether arrivals or departures, we’ll be there.

 

What Happens If My Flight Is Delayed?

We continuously monitor flights to adjust for any delays:

  • Flight Tracking: We track your flight around the clock.
  • Instant Updates: Receive timely notifications about any changes via email or text.

 

Are Pets Allowed in the Vehicles?

Yes, we warmly welcome pets aboard:

  • Pet-Friendly Fleet: Our vehicles are equipped to transport your pets safely.
  • Specialized Staff: Our chauffeurs are trained to care for your pets’ comfort.

Is There a Fee for Additional Stops?

Yes, we have specific fees for additional stops:

  • Courtesy Period: Enjoy 15 minutes of free wait time.
  • Extended Wait: After that, a nominal fee of $1 per minute is charged.

 

When Am I Charged for My Service?

We have a straightforward payment process:

  • Initial Deposit: Pay 50% upfront as a deposit.
  • Completion of Payment: The balance is charged during or after your journey.

 

Do You Offer a Meet & Greet Service?

Absolutely, our Meet & Greet service is complimentary. Enjoy this service without any additional cost.

 

What About Waiting Time for Airport Pickups?

We provide generous waiting times for both domestic and international flights:

  • Domestic Flights: Up to 30 minutes free.
  • International Flights: Up to 60 minutes free.

 

Are Baby Car Seats Available?

Yes, we offer various types of child seats as a complimentary service.
